I've just updated my new "Leadership in a
Changing Environment" program, recently presented at a Lincoln, RI company. In order to implement positive and productive changes, managers must be sensitive to people’s concerns, cognizant of the issues surrounding the change process, and have a solid understanding of the skills required to be an effective change agent. Each manager must also be capable of adjusting her or his leadership style so as to encourage people to welcome and support change in a spirit of cooperation and harmony.
